EOW- Unnoticed Exercise

Have you ever thought about the exercise you do in just your everyday life?

I’m not talking about going to the gym, exercise like walking going up and down steps, trying to chase down the bus at the bus stop.

People who walk during meetings report feeling five percent more and 8 percent more engaged and focused.

Men who climbed 20 to 35 flights of stairs per week experienced 24 percent fewer strokes than those that climbed fewer than ten flights a week.

Climbing stairs briskly burns 120 calories while dancing burns 106. Walking briskly at about 4 miles per hour burns 68 calories while cleaning the house burns 48. These numbers are for a 180-pound man.

The more active you are can in fact have a larger benefit on your health, fitness, and wellness than your regular workouts according to research.
