Flatten your back. Most of your energy in a sprint is in fighting air resistance. So get low and aero.

Keep your chin up and your eyes forward. This is not the time to be staring at the bike stem. You need to be hyper-aware of your surroundings and potential hazards up the road.. Head up and forward and look where you’re going.
