EOW- Holiday Wellness Eating Tips
It’s that time of year when we really start to pay attention to what we’re eating.
Here are several ideas to help you keep your waistline in check, and still enjoy the holiday foods.
Consider all foods in moderation. Just because someone sets it in front of you, doesn’t mean you have to eat it all, or even taste it. Remember moderation is the key. Go ahead and give in to some cravings, but limit the frequency and portion size.
Try healthier versions of your favorite foods. There are endless varieties available online for healthy food swaps.
Don’t try to do it all at once. Take small steps. Minor changes one day at a time is more sustainable over the long run, and your waistline will thank you in January.
