The most important thing about training, conditioning, and performance is keeping focus.

Breathe.. Several hours before your workout, try this breathing drill. Start by inhaling and exhaling through your mouth, then inhale again into your stomach, then exhale. Do it about 30 to 40 times.

Inhale one more time, exhale, then hold your breath as long as you can.

Visualize the task at hand… See it from start to finish in your mind. See it all the way through, every movement. This helps with muscle memory

And trust your preparation. Rely on your instincts that you’ve built up from experience.

Practice, Practice and Practice. Remember overtraining can slow you down.
