Here are some easy steps to keep your mind on the wellness prize. Breathe.. Several hours before your workout, try this breathing drill.

Start by exhaling through your mouth, then inhale again into your stomach, then exhale. repeat this 30 to 40 times, then inhale one more time, Exhale then hold your breath as long as you can

Visualize the task at hand and see it from start to finish in your mind, every nuance, every movement. This will help with muscle memory

Trust your preparation, and rely on the instincts you’ve built from experience.  Overthinking can slow down your progress.
