Looking for a basic training plan you can start now, and trust ?


Here’s one you can try..

First, is a basic conditioning session that takes about an hour, only this time it’s going to take a half-hour.

The leg press, three times, 8 reps, Rest between reps, 90 seconds.

Start at a 45-degree angle and dont lock out your knees when your legs are fully extended.

Next, the Hammering Curl,… 3 sets at 8 reps. Rest between reps 90 seconds.

No additional weight. Keep shoulders in contact with hard surface.   

These can be achieved on a standing or lying down on a hard surface
