Eye On Wellness – Cervical Spine Exercises

Let’s go to work this week on Cervical Spine exercises on Eye On Wellness

Start out by finding a corner in your house. Now go stand in the corner with your hands about shoulder level against the wall, with your feet together.

Gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in front of your chest. Hold that position for 2 to 3 breaths.

Repeat 3 to 5 times with variations in hand height.

For the lower cervical spine clasp your hands together in front of you with arms extended, then gently spread your shoulder blades apart and bend your head forward.

Repeat 3 to 5 times, and you can move your hands during this exercise right to left to change the stretch.

Do this exercise 2 to 3 times a day.
