EOW Building Strength

Let’s talk about building strength.

It doesn’t take much.. If you’re going to the gym focus on deadlift strength by doing each of these workouts at least once a week.

Start off by doing 5 sets of deadlifts at 5 reps in each set, aiming to add 5 to 10 pounds every set.

Now comes the build. Do 5 sets of deadlifts, with three in each set. Aim for adding 5 to 10 every set. Try to go heavy.

Single day… Wram up with 2 sets of deadlifts. Then do 4 sets of one deadlift. Rest two minutes between sets.
