Gym Memberships are going up, mostly because of inflation, so here are a couple of exercises you can do at home, on the cheap.
That’s beside the point, but you must remember to start slow. Plan on running a late-year marathon ?
You don’t have to start out by running 26 point two miles from the start every day. Start by just taking a walk around the block for two or three days, then increase maybe to four or five times.
After four or five times, increase the distance incrementally.
Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day
You don’t have to do this every day, just two or three times a week. Doing it more could lead to overtraining and that could lead to fatigue and possible injury.
Make sure you get your rest… Sleep is your friend and helps your body recover.
