Eastridge Neighborhood Plan Hoping to Bring Hope to Amarillo

During Tuesday’s City Council meeting, a plan was brought to the table that is sure to bring hope to the community. 

Emily Koller, the Assistant Director of Planning, took to the podium to explain the Eastridge Neighborhood Plan, a plan to put pride back into one of the bigger neighborhoods in the city. 

The plan itself is split into five goals: creating new economic opportunities, improving housing conditions, creating safer spaces, further building community among residents, as well as public improvements and beautification.
