Dumas Man Killed In Semi-Truck Accident

A Dumas man was killed Tuesday morning in a 2-vehicle accident on US 287, one mile north of Dumas. 54 year-old Osvaldo Lopez-Boudet  died when his south-bound 2004 Honda Civic for unknown reasons traveled into the northbound lane and hit head-on a north-bound 2007 Kenworth Tractor/Trailer driven by Jose Reyes of Dumas. Mr. Lopez-Boudet was pronounced dead on the scene by Moore County Justice of the Peace Barbara Mulanax. The crash is being investigated by the Texas High Patrol.
