DPS Seizes PCP And Cocaine After Traffic Stop

The Texas Department of Public Safety seized drugs during a traffic stop in Oldham County.

On Tuesday, A DPS Trooper stopped a 2020 Dodge Caravan traveling east on I-40 near Vega, for a traffic violation. 

During the stop, a DPS canine unit arrived on scene and alerted to the vehicle and discovered PCP inside multiple containers and cocaine inside five plastic-wrapped packages.

The driver and passenger was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and booked into the Oldham County Jail.
