Downtown Women’s Center Helping Area Kids

The Downtown Womens Center in Amarillo is helping children trying to deal with their current situations.

DWC staffers are working at keeping everyone’s mind off of the Covid-19 pandemic.

They are starting and planning new programs for kids that include one-on-one counseling and educational programs, not only to keep the children’s mind off of the Covid – 19 but also educational programs to help them succeed in school.

Cinekor has also partnered with an educational program that teaches self esteem, self care, coping mechanisms.
