Dalhart ISD Bond Issue

Dalhart ISD is going to float a bond issue in the upcoming May election.

The bond package will be for 50 million dollars, and this comes after the district’s facility committee helped developed the package after a district-wide facility assessment was conducted and studied.

The bond will help fund the Construction of a new intermediate campus to be designed to accommodate Third Grade through Fifth Grade initially while allowing for additions to accommodate Pre-K through Fifth Grade at some point in the future;

  • Renovations to the current elementary and middle school campuses;
  • District-wide HVAC replacement and upgrades and
  • Renovations to the baseball/softball complex.

Dalhart early voting goes from April 24th to May 2nd
