Criminal Complaint Don Tipps Stalker

City Councilman Don Tipps
A woman is accused of stalking Amarillo City Councilman Don Tipps and three others.
Court documents say Mary Alexandra Frye has been stalking Tipps since May.
Tipps received numerous texts from Frye and some of them included pictures of her.
The criminal complaint was filed Friday and her bail has been set at half a million dollars.
Should she make bail, Frye is not allowed to have any contact, direct or indirect, with Tipps. She can’t go within 200 feet of his home or work and must not “menace, intimidate or otherwise harass him.” She must also wear a GPS-monitoring device.
Frye is also accused of stalking another man last year and a couple from December 2022 to March.
