37-year-old Patrick Alfred High is wanted out of Randall County for Burglary of a Habitation, Assault Family/Household Member by Impeded Breathing/Circulation and Assault Family/Household Member with a Previous Conviction.

High is 5 foot 11, 145 pounds with green eyes and black hair.
