Crime Stoppers 2023 Results

Seventy-one arrests and 173 cleared cases are credited to Amarillo Crime Stoppers.

The non-profit Board approved over 17 thousand dollars in reward money in 2023. 

That money is used as an incentive for the public to help law enforcement find criminals and cut down on the amount of crime.

Although the organization had only a third of the rewards claimed, it still saw an average amount of tips throughout the year.

All of the tips made in the last year resulted in $470,210 of recovered items.
