CPD Arrests Burglary Suspect

The Canyon Police Department has arrested a suspect that was responsible for a series of burglaries.

On October 18th, CPD located the suspect that was in connection to vehicle burglaries, three stolen vehicles, two residential burglaries, a storage shed burglary and two additional thefts of property since late September.

Officers found the suspect in a field in Canyon and after a short foot chase was arrested.

Police are still looking for a white 2007 Dodge Ram quad cab pickup with Texas Tag DFP-3048.

Residents who have had any property stolen recently and have not reported it to the police should call the station at 806-655-5005.
