Corpus Christi Woman Turns 100

(Corpus Christi, TX) — A Corpus Christi woman is now 100 years old, and it’s starting to look like she’ll live forever. Grace Stewart was born on a farm in 1919, and her first job other than farm work was making bombs for the World War 2 effort. She stands more than six feet tall, still has all her own teeth, recently renewed her driver’s license, and lives in her own apartment. And that’s where her birthday party was held on Saturday.
