Commish Court Meeting-Aug 28

The Potter County Commissioners have released their Monday, August 24th agenda.

Commissioners will consider a property tax abatement plan between the County and a Delaware LLC, and receive a report regarding the status of construction of the District Courthouse from the general contractors and architects.

The budget is the big item on the agenda, considering public hearings on the proposed budget, voting to adopt it, nad taking any other action concerning it.

Other items include Potter County Sheriff’s Office vehicle replacement, and considering Sheriff and Constable fees for Civil Process Service.
