Coffee Memorial Blood Center wants to let the community know that even if you get the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine, you are eligible to donate blood and platelets with no waiting time.

The need for blood and platelets has risen sharply, as hospital demand for blood increases.

Those who have recovered from Covid-19 and have donated plasma are not eligible to donate convalescent plasma after receiving the vaccine.

Those who have recovered from Covid and have not received a vaccine, and who are 14 days symptom free, may be eligible to donate convalescent plasma by calling 888-308-3924
