CMBC In Need of Donors to Help with Disaster Recovery

Coffee Memorial Blood Center says they again need donors to help with their rapidly decreasing blood supply.

CMBC is one of 16 members of Our Blood Institute, which also includes Oklahoma facilities heavily affected by tornadoes and other disasters.

OBI has just a one-day supply of O-Negative blood on hand, the only universal donor type and the one used by first responders during crisis response, and they need all of the donations they can get.

Anyone 16 and older and healthy is eligible to donate and for more information on how you can help visit obi.org.
