City Pools Are Ready For Summer Fun

As the temps rise Amarillo’s swimming pools have set their opening dates.

Southwest and Southeast city pools will open at the end of May after being closed last year due to COVID-19 while the Warford pool is currently open and the Thompson Park pool remains under construction.

The city will have COVID-19 precaution measures in place to keep people safe at the pools.

They are also looking to fill some aquatics positions and you can apply by going to the city website at amarillo.gov.
