City of Amarillo Utility Billing Department Now Offering Curbside Service

The City of Amarillo will be changing up the way the Utility Billing Department takes payments.

Curbside payment service tents will be available to make card payments for services such as water bills and birth certificates via the curbside service, which includes a card payment area and a dropbox area.

Customers can enter the curbside service area from Buchanan Street for the dropbox area and from Johnson Street for card payments.

All other City departments will provide in-person availability by appointment only.
