City of Amarillo Closures

City of Amarillo offices are closed today due to the inclement weather.

City Council meeting is being rescheduled as soon as it is determined, and all trash services are suspended.

The City Secretary’s office is open from 8 A.M to 11:00 A.M. to receive applications for a place on the ballot. If you’re interested in filing, you should come during that time and call 806-378-3014, in order to be let in when they arrive at City Hall.

City Transit Services are up and running, but they’re asking for rider patience because busses may be slowed because of road conditions.

Also City Court is closed today. All scheduled dockets will be rescheduled.
