City of Amarillo August Snapshot Highlights the Utility Billings Department

Each month the City of Amarillo recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in the name of public service and the honoree for August is the City of Amarillo Utility Billings Department.
Not only do members of the department handle their regular billing duties, but they are almost always City Hall’s welcoming committee.
Each person takes a 1-hour shift monitoring the door, assisting just about everyone with any problems they might have.
No matter what questions they might be asked, each employee answers with a smile on their face.
