CFP Sets Makeup Dates If Semifinals Or Championship Postponed

The College Football Playoff is setting makeup dates if the semifinals or championship game are postponed due to COVID-19.

ESPN reports if the Rose Bowl is postponed it would be moved to January 11th. The Sugar Bowl would be moved to January 12th if necessary.

The title game would be made up on January 18th, one week after its current scheduled date of January 11th.

There has been no indication that any of the games will need to be postponed at this point, but the CFP now has contingency plans in place if needed.
