Beth Duke has been with Center City for the past 13 years and achieved several milestones including Reinvesting Reinvestment of more than $1 million in Façade Grants to improve downtown buildings and signage, and an increase of almost $100 million in downtown property values through public, private and public-private investments.
Downtown rehabilitation projects including the award-winning renovations for historic buildings such as the Courtyard by Marriott at the Historic Fisk, the Herring State Bank Downtown Branch, the Levine’s Building, The Firestone and the Woolworth Building.
