Cats & Dogs Can Get Along Together

A cat and a dog who are best buddies have found a new home together. Kitty the cat and Leila the Chihuahua were sharing a carrier when they were handed over to the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Their owner had been unable to find a home that was willing to accept both animals. Shelter workers soon found out that the two couldn’t bear to be parted. Kitty threw a fit any time Leila was taken away from her. Thankfully, Andre and Elizabeth Marion of Sudbury, Massachusetts, were happy to take them both home.
