Car Crash In Amarillo Redirects Traffic At Western & Hastings

At the intersection of Western Street and Hastings Avenue, a car crash took place, causing traffic to be redirected.
Authorities say that a 16-year-old was driving at an accelerated speed on Western Street as it crashed into a car that was pulling out of Hastings Avenue. The driver that was hit was 74-years-old. The 16-year-old that was driving had an 18-year-old passenger as well.
The persons’ identities are yet to be revealed and Potter County Sheriff’s Office is redirecting traffic. Check back with us for updated information.
