BSA New C.O.O
Starting July 25th, Jerome Brooks, replaced Michael Cruz in the position of Chief Operating Officer. Cruz is now the Chief Executive Officer of B.S.A.
Brooks has extensive management experience in Healthcare that he’ll bring to the system.
He has more than 15 years in healthcare management and most recently served as Vice President of business development for HCA Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas.
While there, he was responsible for leading strategic growth of facility, service line development, and network integration.
Prior to that, Jerome Brooks also served as C.E.O. at Select Specialty Hospital in Dallas.
Brooks has a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He has also served on the McAllen Economic Development Corporation.
