Borger Family Filing Motion On Capitol January 6th Riots

Lawyers for a Borger family are filing a motion about the family’s activities in the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2020.

The motion says prosecutors expect to offer written plea bargains soon so the family will need up to 60 days to consider them.

Thomas, Kayli, Joshua, and Dawn Munn are accused of entering a restricted building and performing disorderly conduct while inside.

A tipster reported that the family went to Washington, D.C. for the rally and provided screenshots of Kristy Munns facebook account and other screenshots from her Snapchat showing they were at the rally. One of the screenshots tagged all four of them

The family is charged with, knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct in a capitol building and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building.
