Bolton Street Repairs Set to Begin Again

The City of Amarillo has announced that ongoing repairs to Bolton Street will start again on February 3rd and will impact traffic.

The affected area will include Bolton Street between Interstate 40 and Southeast 27th Avenue, and one cross street will be closed at a time to ensure completion in a timely manner.

Work will begin on the west side of Bolton Street from I-40 to Southeast 27th Avenue and two-way traffic will be accommodated.

Motorists are advised to use caution around the area and residents may need to use alternate routes due to temporary closures.

Assuming favorable weather conditions, the project will be finished in the summer of 2023.
