Becky Viera Explains Struggles of Motherhood in New Book

Childbirth is one of the most beautiful yet stressful things anyone can go through in life.

And in many cases, while the primary thought is to make sure the baby is safe during and after the process, that same level of care should be placed and applied to the mothers during and after birth as well.

That is the sentiment shared by one Becky Viera and is further talked about in her newest book, “Enough About The Baby: A Brutally Honest Guide to Surviving the First Year of Motherhood”.

Becky speaks on some of her early struggles in motherhood, which led to this book.

For many new mothers, post-partum depression is a very real thing to process. But there are also some cases where mothers experience what is called, “the baby blues” which is a more temporary feeling than the former.

Becky explains more about some of the misdiagnoses of these two.
