Barrio Arts Project Committee Meeting

The very first Barrio Arts Project Committee meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, April 11th.
It will be held at Room 305 at Amarillo City Hall at noon. The meeting will discuss details of the committee, and it has a similar purpose as the North Heights Art Project.
