Ascension Academy Bowling Team Off To State

Congratulations to the Ascension Academy Bowling Team, advancing to the Texas High School Bowling Championship Tournament for the second year in a row. The State Tournament will be in Ft, Worth March 23 and 24.

Ascension Academy came from behind Sunday, March 3, to edge out Amarillo High School.

Sophomore Leopoldo Zubia III qualified for the Individual Division, with a final game of 222. He finished 4th among 20 bowlers.
