APD Releases Details About Wreck On Soncy Road Wednesday

The Amarillo Police Department has released more information about a wreck that occurred Wednesday night.

Just after 5 pm, a licensed juvenile was driving a 2014 BMW Sedan traveling northbound on Soncy turning westbound onto 81^st and failed to yield the right of way.

The driver turned in front of a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado causing the two to collide.

A passenger in the BMW was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and the driver was taken with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the pickup was injured.
