APD On The Hunt For Suspect In Homicide

The Amarillo Police Department is investigating the city’s latest homicide.

An officer driving through the North Heights area around 3:22 a.m. heard shots

Police were not able to locate the source of the shots but received reports soon after of a shooting at the Legends after Hours Club in the 600 block of Amarillo Boulevard.

Authorities said Koelenzie Cameron Mills, a 31-year-old man, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.

The APD Special Crimes Unit is seeking 24-year-old Anthony Laquin Price a black male, who is 5′ 8″ tall and weighs 145 pounds in connection with the murder.
