Amarillo police are investigating after a shooting on Thursday morning that left a man with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police were called to the 200 block of North Alabama Street in The city’s San Jacinto Neighborhood at 6:30 a.m. with gunshot wounds to his arm foot and chest.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of his wounds.
Witnesses at the scene said another man ran away from the scene and is believed to be the shooter.
