Amarillo Tri-State Fair Expo Announces $25,000 Scholarship

The Tri-State Exposition announced Thursday it is introducing a new $25,000 Ambassador Scholarship. The announcement was made as part of the Education Celebration theme day at the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo.

According to the release sent out Thursday, the non-profit has awarded nearly a half million dollars in scholarships since 2004, benefitting 474 Panhandle students. The new ambassador scholarship will be a new addition the the organization’s menu of giving.

Amarillo Tri-State Exposition CEO Brady Ragland says the new scholarship “not only supports students financially, but also helps them grow as ambassadors for their community and our mission.”
