Amarillo Police Warn Of Sweepstakes Scam

The Amarillo Police Department is warning citizens of a scam involving a letter and check.
An Amarillo resident informed the APD after receiving a fake letter and check from someone claiming she had won $75,000.
Police want to remind residents that you cannot win a sweepstake that you did not enter.
