Amarillo Police Respond To Deadly Vehicle-Pedestrian Accident Sunday Night

Amarillo Police responded to a deadly vehicle-pedestrian accident on Sunday morning in the 4800 block of Amarillo Boulevard.

Police say 61 year old Shan Gol Baw was walking northbound across East Amarillo Boulevard when he walked in front of a 2014 Chevy Cruise that was travelling eastbound.

Baw is said to have died at the scene from his juries.

A 31 year old female is identified as the driver of the vehicle.

She as well as two juveniles in the car were uninjured.

An autopsy has been ordered by the Justice of the Peace and then incident is being investigated by police
