Amarillo National To Gift A.C.

Amarillo College is giving an event, Tuesday morning where Amarillo National Bank will announce its largest gift to the school.

The announcement will be given at the Underground on the school’s Ware Student Commons at 10;00 a.m. at the Washington Street campus.

A.C. officials say Amarillo National has consistently provided to the College since 1963, with two gifts to have been a million dollars or more.

This new donation is said to more than double the amount of any gift previously given to the school before, and the money will be marked for three specific purposes.
