Amarillo Murder Charge

Amarillo Police arrested a suspect accused in the murder of an elderly man last February.

Thirty-five-year-old Rafael Munoz is looking at the murder charge for killing Quentin Voltairi, on February 10th.

On February 2nd, Voltairi was left with life-threatening injuries after an assault and late died 8 days later.

Munoz was at first charged with aggravated assault and put in Potter County Jail, and after Voltairi died, police got a warrant for murder and arrested him.

APD is still investigating the murder.
