Amarillo Man Dead After Tuesday Night Shooting

26 year-old Tiray James Evans of Amarillo is dead following a shooting in the 500 block of Jason Avenue on Tuesday evening. Amarillo Police were called to the address at 11:30pm when they found that Evans had been shot by someone who had left the scene in a vehicle. Mr. Evans died at that location. The Amarillo Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating.
