Amarillo College Hosting Graduation In A Different Way

Not only is Amarillo College reaching their 100th Commencement Ceremony they are holding it in a very different way.

Friends and family will now be able to watch graduates take the stage virtually.

Caps and Gowns along with diploma covers and relevant honor cords are being sent in the mail.

Once graduates receive them, they are asked to submit photos of themselves alone or with family while wearing their caps and gowns, along with brief commentary that will appear with the photo during the virtual event.

Approximately 900 students are expected to graduate from AC this spring or summer.

If you choose to participate in the virtual ceremony please turn in a graduation form by Thursday, April 30, which you can find here.
