Amarillo City Council-Pedestrian Deaths

Under the ban, pedestrians will not be able to sit, stand, or lay on the ground, as well as going up to motorists for panhandling.

A recent analysis in Amarillo shows that at the end of 2023, pedestrian deaths made up 31 %
