AISD Career Academy Concept

On Monday, January 14^th, Amarillo ISD announced the Career Academy Concept.

AISD gathered thoughts from business and industry leaders on what exactly it would take to meet the growing need for skilled workers in our community.

They formed the ideas given to them into a concept for a new school that focuses on STEM, coding, and career training.

Students, parents, staff, and the community are invited to learn more about the Career Academy Concept and give their own thoughts.

There will be four conversations, all beginning at 6:00 p.m.

January 17^th – Caprock High School Auditorium

January 23^rd – Palo Duro High School Auditorium

January 24^th – Tascosa High School Auditorium

February 5^th – Amarillo High School Auditorium
