AirPower History Tour Stops In Amarillo

Step back in time out at the Texas Air & Space Museum.

Until 5 p.m. today, you can tour vintage aircraft and memorabilia from the Word War II era as the museum hosts the AirPower History Tour. Among the aircraft on hand are a B-29 superfortress, and T-6 Texan.

The tour stops in Amarillo after stops in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado as it makes its way across the country..

This event continues Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Access to the ramp where the warbirds are parked will be available for purchase. Airplane rides are available on the historical aircrafts and may be booked in advance at airpowersquadron.org.
