AFD Fight Early Morning Blaze

The Amarillo Fire Department was called out to a house fire early Monday morning.
Around 3:30 a.m., Crews arrived in the 80th block of Bowyer Street and saw fire coming from the roof of a home.
Firefighters stated that the home was unoccupied and no one was injured.
The blaze is being investigated by the Amarillo Fire Marshal and the amount of damage done to the home is unknown.
